How Merzci Started - Best Bacolod Pasalubong

Merzci which was Merci before means "Thank You" started the business since 1995 in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental province. It started as a small bakery just like any ordinary bakeshops. Because of its products and customer satisfying, they eventually grew and became popular.

From bakery they also managed to adapt changes and innovation. Turning it into a fast food restaurant.
